Section 2102 - Definitions

The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Account." The Sheriff and Deputy Sheriff Education and Training Account.

"Board." The Sheriff and Deputy Sheriff Education and Training Board.

"Commission." The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
