Section 761 - State officials to take oath prescribed by Constitution

Every person holding any official position in the state government, either as the head of a department or office, or in any subordinate position in any of the departments or offices, shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe the oath which is required by the constitution to be taken by state officers.
