Section 15975 - Farmers selling their own produce not liable to taxation for mercantile purposes

Farmers selling their own produce, or occupying a stall or stalls, or sidewalk, or part thereof, in any of the markets of a city of the first class, shall not be subject to classification or taxation for mercantile purposes.
