Section 381 - Definitions

The terms "honey," "liquid or extracted honey," "strained honey" or "pure honey" as used in this act, shall mean the nectar of flowers that has been transformed by, and is the natural product of the honey-bee, taken from the honeycomb and marketed in a liquid, candied or granulated condition.
