Section 3410 - County officials to furnish information to heads of the governmental departments
(a) It shall be the duty of all county officers to furnish, on application thereof, to the head of any department of the State government, such information and copies of such records or documents contained in their respective offices as in the opinion of such head of department may be necessary or pertinent to the work of his respective department. The county so furnishing information shall receive for copying and forwarding the same such reasonable compensation as the Auditor General may determine. Such compensation shall be paid to the county by the State Treasurer out of moneys not otherwise appropriated, upon warrant from the Auditor General.
(b) All county officers shall also furnish to the Department of Community Affairs such information as may be requested by it.
