Section 801.555 - "Traffic offense."
"Traffic offense" means any of the following offenses:
(1) Any violation of a traffic ordinance of a city, municipal or quasi-municipal corporation, except ordinances governing parking of vehicles.(2) Any provision of law for which a criminal or traffic violation penalty is provided in the vehicle code.
