Section 244.160 - Filing of statement of economic interest by public official of political subdivision other than city or county(1) Any political subdivision in this state, other than a city or county, by resolution may require any public official of the subdivision to file a verified statement of economic interest with the Oregon Government Ethics Commission.(2) The political subdivision shall file a copy of the resolution with the commission. 1974 c.72 §9; 2007 c. 865, § 34
