Section 4931.99 - Penalties(A) Whoever violates division (B) of section 4931.06 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor in the first degree. (B) Whoever violates section 4931.10 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree on each subsequent offense.
