A license issued pursuant to the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act shall be valid for three years and may be renewed for successive three-year terms.B. A permit issued pursuant to the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act shall be valid for three years from the date of issuance and may be renewed for successive three-year terms.C. A license or permit or a renewal of a license or permit is not transferable.
