Section 39:3C-21 - Post-accident procedures

The operator of any snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, or dirt bike involved in an accident resulting in injuries or death of any person or property damage shall comply with the procedures in R.S. 39:4-129 and R.S. 39:4-130.
