Section 27:23-34.5 - Power of authority over tolls unchanged

Nothing in sections 6 through 10 of P.L. 1997, c. 59(C.27:23-34.1 through C.27:23-34.5) shall be construed as extending or diminishing the power of the authority to establish and assess tolls on turnpike projects of the authority.
