Section 26:1A-107 - Division of Aging Services

There is hereby established in the Department of Human Services, a Division of Aging Services, consisting of a director and the New Jersey State Commission on Aging in accordance with the provisions of section 398 of P.L. 2012, c. 17(C.30:1A-14).
