Section 18A:73-26 - Responsibility for administration of State Library

Upon the enactment of P.L. 2001, c. 137(C.18A:73-42.1 et al.), Thomas Edison State College shall be responsible for the administration of the State Library. The State Library shall be in, but not of, the Department of State.
