Section 18A:46-6.1 - Providers of services for children with disabilities aged 3 through 5The programs and services required pursuant to N.J.S. 18A:46-1 et seq. for children with disabilities between the ages of 3 and 5 shall be provided by one or more of the following:
a. Parent training and counseling;b. Special programs and services in the district including programs in hospitals, homes or other institutions;c. Special programs and services offered by other districts as provided by agreement between one or more districts;d. A Jointure Commission;e. A county special services school district; andf. Such other methods as shall be approved by the commissioner with the approval of the State board.Amended by L. 2017, c. 131,s. 42, eff. 7/21/2017.
