N.H. Rev. Stat. § 479:1
Current through Chapter 20 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Every conveyance of lands made for the purpose of securing the payment of money or the performance of any other thing in the condition thereof stated is a mortgage within the meaning of this chapter.
