N.H. Rev. Stat. § 330-A:24
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
The board may request the attorney general to commence an action to enjoin the operation of any person engaged in practicing unlicensed therapy in violation of this chapter. Said action shall be filed in the superior court.
