Section 304-C:186 - Venue and Method for Resolution of Limited Liability Company Internal Disputes

Unless the operating agreement provides otherwise, disputes between the members and disputes between the members and the managers relating to the limited liability company shall be resolved by litigation in the courts of the state of New Hampshire.
