Section 638.1408 - Failure to maintain facilities in sanitary condition; failure to maintain or alteration of records; filing false report or failing to make required report; inhumane or cruel treatment of animalsThe following acts, among others, are grounds for disciplinary action:
1. Failure of a licensee to maintain his or her facilities and premises in a clean and sanitary condition;2. Failure to maintain records relating to the diagnosis, treatment and care of an animal;3. Altering the records of an animal;4. Making or filing a report which the licensee knows to be false;5. Willful failure to report any dangerous, infectious or contagious disease or the results of any medical test as required by law; or6.
