Section 622A.400 - Judicial review1. Except as otherwise provided in the Constitution of this State, a party may not seek any type of judicial intervention or review of a contested case until after the contested case results in a final decision of the regulatory body.2. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a party may seek judicial review of a final decision of the regulatory body in accordance with the provisions of chapter 233B of NRS that apply to a contested case.3. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 1 of NRS 233B.131 regarding transmittal of the record of the proceeding under judicial review: (a) The party filing the petition for judicial review shall provide an original or certified copy of the transcript of the hearing to the reviewing court; and(b) The regulatory body shall provide an original or certified copy of the remainder of the record of the proceeding under review to the reviewing court.Added to NRS by 2005, 751Added to NRS by 2005, 751
