Section 616C.055 - Use of fee schedules which unfairly discriminate among physicians and chiropractic physicians prohibited; payment for services rendered by physician or chiropractic physician after removal from panel prohibited1. The insurer may not, in accepting responsibility for any charges, use fee schedules which unfairly discriminate among physicians and chiropractic physicians.2.
