Section 422.242 - Gifts and grants of money to Division: Deposit in Gift and Cooperative Account of the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy; use; approval of claims by Administrator1. Any gifts or grants of money which the Division is authorized to accept must be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Gift and Cooperative Account of the Division of Health Care Financing and Policy which is hereby created in the Department of Health and Human Services' Gift Fund.2. Money in the Account must be used for health care purposes only and expended in accordance with the terms of the gift or grant.3.
