Section 205.715 - Sale of identifying information on telephone calling card1. It is unlawful for a person to sell, offer to sell, or otherwise make available, without the authority of the lawful holder:(a) A number on a telephone calling card;(b) A personal identification number for use of a telephone calling card;(c) An account number; or(d) Any other code or number, that can be used to obtain telephone service.
