Section 2.083 - Application and administration of provisions concerning pensions, retirement and benefits The provisions of NRS 2.060 to 2.083, inclusive:
1. Apply only to a justice of the Supreme Court or a surviving spouse or surviving child of a justice of the Supreme Court who served as a justice of the Supreme Court or district judge before November 5, 2002;2. Are administered by the Public Employees' Retirement Board pursuant to NRS 1A.100; and3.
