Section 77-5-239 - Power of corporation to incur obligations and liabilities, borrow money, issue notes, bonds, etc

A corporation shall have the power to incur obligations and liabilities, borrow money, issue notes, bonds, certificates of indebtedness and other obligations, and to enter into contracts of guaranty.
