Section 123.1211 - Powers of authority
An authority may do 1 or more of the following:
(a) Provide funding to an art institute services provider to support the provision of art institute services.(b) Levy a tax as provided in section 17.(c) Enter into contracts incidental or necessary for the accomplishment of this act.(d) Contract for or retain professional services.
