1.False statements. A person who intentionally or knowingly makes a false statement in the written application for a permit to carry a concealed handgun or any documents made a part of the application commits a Class D crime. [2011, c. 298, §8(AMD).]
2.Carries or conceals dangerous weapon. A person who violates section 2001-A commits a Class D crime. [2003, c. 452, Pt. N, §3(NEW); 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2(AFF).]
3.Failure to possess permit. A person who fails to comply with section 2003, subsection 11 commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $100 may be adjudged. [2003, c. 452, Pt. N, §3(NEW); 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2(AFF).]
4.Violation of confidentiality. A person who intentionally or knowingly violates the confidentiality provisions of section 2006 commits a Class E crime. [2003, c. 452, Pt. N, §3(NEW); 2003, c. 452, Pt. X, §2(AFF).]
5.Failure to inform law enforcement. A person who fails to comply with section 2003-A commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $100 may be adjudged. [2015, c. 327, §5(NEW).]
