The members of the suitable unit that choose not to affiliate themselves shall pay to the exclusive representative a service fee for a maximum amount of up to fifty percent (50%) of the established regular fee to be paid by the affiliates to the exclusive representative. They shall also have to observe the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement regarding the procedures to discuss complaints, grievances and arbitration and shall also be subject in equal measure to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement regarding salaries, fringe benefits and working conditions.
