Section 77-133 - Same; other material includedThe revisor of statutes shall prepare and include in the Kansas statutes annotated:
(a) Prefatory material, including statement of copyright authority, authentication statements and table of contents;(b) captions prefacing the text of the statutes and constitutions, showing their scope, in boldface type;(c) the history of each statutory section;(d) source notes and revisor's notes;(e) cross references to related or qualifying provisions of other sections of the statutes;(f) appropriate research and practice aids citing pertinent parts of other publications relating to Kansas laws if made available by the publisher thereof;(g) notes, where possible and appropriate, citing identical statutes of other states;(h) case annotations covering the reported decisions of the state and federal courts construing and interpreting Kansas laws; and(i) table of sections showing location of present and former legislative enactments in compilation.L. 1963, ch. 454, § 3; L. 1988, ch. 364, § 2; July 1.
