Section 3-7-26.3-3 - Establishment of statewide voter registration list

As required under 52 U.S.C. 21083, the secretary of state with the consent of the co-directors of the election division shall implement, in a uniform and nondiscriminatory manner, a single, uniform, official, centralized, and interactive statewide voter registration list under this chapter.
