Section 24-5-13-1 - Application of chapter This chapter applies to all:
(1) motor vehicles that are sold, leased, transferred, or replaced by a dealer or manufacturer in Indiana; and(2) methamphetamine vehicles that are sold, leased, transferred, or replaced by a dealer or seller in Indiana.Amended by P.L. 76-2013, SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2013.As added by P.L. 150-1988, SEC.1.
