Section 22-9.5-8.1-3 - Intervention by aggrieved person or party to conciliation agreement

A person may intervene in an action filed under section 1 of this chapter if the person is:

(1) an aggrieved person to the discriminatory housing practice; or

(2) a party to a conciliation agreement concerning the discriminatory housing practice.
