The division shall administer the following programs:
(1) Programs established under any of the following statutes:(A) This article.(B) IC 12-10.(2) Programs under IC 12-30, to the extent the division has responsibilities for programs under IC 12-30.(3) Medicaid waivers for in-home services for treatment of medical conditions.
