Section 330 ILCS 45/6 - Institutionalization of veterans - consent requirement

Military veterans with families and the families of deceased veterans, shall, whenever practicable, be provided for and assisted at their homes in such city or town in which they shall have a residence, in the manner provided in Sections 2 and 3 of this Act.
