Current through Public Acts 103-1 through 103-587, 103-589, and 103-590
Beginning July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015 , a hospital satisfying the definition, as of July 1, 2014, of Section 5-5e.1 of the Illinois Public Aid Code and located in DuPage County shall pay the sum of $2,000,000 annually in 4 equal quarterly installments to the human poison control center in existence as of July 1, 2014 and established under the authority of this Act.
