Section 105 ILCS 5/10-16.9 - Bank reconciliation reports

School districts on the financial watch or warning list that are required to submit deficit reduction plans pursuant to Section 17-1 of this Code or that are certified in financial difficulty must transmit the bank reconciliation reports from the school treasurer as required pursuant to Section 8-6 of this Code to the State Board of Education quarterly. The State Board of Education shall establish the dates by which the reconciliation reports must be submitted and provide a template for those districts to utilize.
