Section 67-2609 - DIVISION ADMINISTRATOR TO COOPERATE WITH OTHER AGENCIES

In administering the laws regulating professions, trades, and occupations within the division of occupational and professional licenses, the administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses may share information and otherwise cooperate with government regulatory and law enforcement agencies.
