Current through Acts effective through 5/29/2024 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The general assembly hereby declares that the organization of public improvement districts, having the purposes and powers provided in this part 6, will serve a public use and will promote the health, safety, prosperity, security, and general welfare of the inhabitants of said districts.
