Section 8-301 - Scope of subtitle(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, in § 8-309 of this subtitle, or otherwise by law, this subtitle applies to all employees over whom the Secretary has authority to administer pay.(b) This subtitle does not apply to a law enforcement employee of:(1) the Field Enforcement Bureau of the State Comptroller's Office; or(2) the Field Enforcement Division of the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission.Amended by 2020 Md.
