Section 5-313 - Failure to return revoked permit(a) A person may not fail to return a revoked permit.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine of not less than $100 or exceeding $1,000 or both.
