Section 17-302 - Powers and duties(a) The park police: (1) possess all the powers and authority vested by existing law in the Montgomery County and Prince George's County police;(2) are responsible to and under the supervision of the Commission; and(3) shall exercise supervisory jurisdiction over the park system.(b) The park police shall: (3) enforce the criminal and motor vehicle laws of the State;(4) enforce park regulations; and(5) perform other related duties that the Commission imposes.
