Section 9-202 - Responsibilities for preparation(a) The State Board shall certify the content and the arrangement of each ballot to be used in an election that is subject to this article.(b) Each local board shall place questions, names of candidates, and other material on the ballot in that county in accordance with the content and arrangement prescribed by the State Board.
