Section 17-1103 - License fees(a) An applicant for a license shall pay to the clerk the applicable license fee.(b) In a county other than Baltimore City or Baltimore County, the license fee is:(1) $15 for a business that employs not more than 10 individuals;(2) $50 for a business that employs 11 to 20 individuals; and(3) $100 for a business that employs more than 20 individuals.(c) In Baltimore City or Baltimore County, the license fee is:(1) $40 for a business that employs not more than 10 individuals;(2) $125 for a business that employs 11 to 20 individuals; and(3) $250 for a business that employs more than 20 individuals.
