Section 15.101 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Findings and purpose - collaboration described1. The general assembly finds that economic development is an important public purpose and that both the public and private sectors have a shared interest in fostering the economic vitality of the state. Therefore, it is the purpose of this subchapter to implement economic development policy in the state by means of a collaboration between government and the private sector.2.
