Section 25-10-8 - Penalty for violations of chapter(a) Any person, firm, corporation, association, or partnership that violates Code Section 25-10-3.2 shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two nor more than ten years, or by a fine of not more than $10,000.00, or both.(b) Any person, firm, corporation, association, or partnership that violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.Amended by 2003 Ga.
