Section 23220 - Authorization of proposal to enter into contract with United States

A proposal to enter into a contract with the United States shall be authorized at an election if the contract is for any or all of the following:

(a) Repayment of construction money.

(b) Repayment of the cost of acquiring any property.

(c) Issuance of bonds.
