Section 27362.1 - Unlawful sale of child passenger restraint system that was in use during accident(a) No individual may sell or offer for sale a child passenger restraint system that was in use by a child during an accident involving a motor vehicle.(b) A violation of this section shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars ($100).Added by Stats 2002 ch 703 (AB 1902),s 2, eff. 1/1/2003.
