Section 19012 - Effective date(a) This part applies to claims against any deceased settlor who dies on or after January 1, 1992.(b) The applicable law in effect before January 1, 1992, continues to apply to claims against any deceased settlor who dies before January 1, 1992.Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 992, Sec. 3.
