Section 17060.5 - Effect of sale or transfer of property; persons subject to order to correct violation(a) The sale or other transfer of property to a third party shall not render moot an action or proceeding brought pursuant to this chapter and instituted by an enforcement agency against the owner of record on the date a citation for a violation of this part was issued.(b) Any person who obtains an ownership interest in any property after a notice of an action or proceeding has been recorded with respect to the property pursuant to Section 17060, and where there has been no withdrawal of the notice, shall be subject to any order to correct a violation, including any time limitations, specified in a citation issued pursuant to Section 17060.
