Section 57138 - Ballot questions when both merger and establishment of subsidiary district ordered

If the commission orders both a merger and the establishment of a subsidiary district, questions on each matter shall be printed on the ballot, one above the other. Immediately preceding the first question, there shall be printed in the words "Vote on both questions."
