Section 13901 - Created; members(a) There is within the Government Operations Agency the California Victim Compensation Board.(b) The board consists of the Secretary of Government Operations or his or her designee and the Controller, both acting ex officio, and a third member who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
